Z.ai separates Standard API and Coding Plan keys

From 2026-10-16, new Standard API and Coding Plan keys are billed by key type; changing endpoints does not change that type. Standard keys may charge the account balance rather than plan quota. Existing Compatible keys retain endpoint- and plan-history-dependent rules; this update does not require replacing them.
