  1. Custom AI chat: AI bot SDK

    Stage practice: The WeCom team Node SDK authenticates a WebSocket with botId/secret, receives message.text and supports replyStream. Verify fixed-text exchange before adding a model, session isolation and reconnect handling. Confirm bot creation eligibility in the admin console.

  2. Already using OpenClaw: official WeCom plugin

    Stage practice: The author plugin separates Bot mode (WebSocket/JSON callbacks) from Agent mode (HTTP/encrypted XML). Pin compatible versions and choose one mode; start with allowlisted conversations and needed tools. Notification Webhooks are separate from chat callbacks.

  3. Public account: WxJava author demo

    Stage practice: Use MP for Java public-account backends; CP is separate for WeCom. The MP demo configures appId/secret/token/aesKey under wx.mp.configs, exposes /wx/portal/{appid}, and puts logic in handlers. Verify callbacks and fixed replies before AI. This community example does not establish current certification, reply windows or quotas; official details remain missing.
